When my father passed away, I was in a complete panic and had no idea what steps to take next. My girlfriend suggested I look into Segal Funeral Home, and I am so grateful she did—that was the end of my search. My daughter called them late that night, and Kat took care of us from that very first moment. From A to Z, the service Segal Funeral Home offered was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank Kat and the team enough for their compassion, guidance, and flawless support during such a difficult time. They took a massive weight off our shoulders when we needed it most. Highly recommend.

We preplanned for my brother who is in long term care. Tiffanie was so wonderful and made a very difficult thing easy. She was so kind and patient with my mother as she had to make choices for her child. We appreciate Segal and would recommend them to anyone!

I did a prepay for services for myself so that my kids wont have to deal with it when the time comes. Something my mom did for me, and I was so thankful for. Tiffanie was amazing guiding me through the process, and helping me. I couldn’t recommend her and this place more.

And so I feel as though I must tell all, Segal funeral home and the people that work there are all that you will need (and more) Words can not express my gratitude for all that they did to make the passing of my sister the best that it could possibly be. I would also like to give a special thank you to Alyssa. (Before I go) I couldn't ask for a better honorarium. Nothing can bring my sister back to life, but Segal and affiliates helped me to comfort the grieving and remember the good parts. Thanks again!

Segal Funeral Home is wonderful. Myself, my husband and my father have our pre-needs funeral set up with them. They were extremely helpful and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. They took the pressure out of making the final arrangements. They are very professional and very personable. It was a pleasure working with them. Everybody there is very kind and fabulous to work with. Tiffany is amazing. She goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Mr. Segal, Tiffany and Shawn throughout the whole process were nothing but sympathetic as if they were suffering right alongside me; amazing! They provided our family with clear options, so we didn't have to worry about anything; this is rare in their line of business- as I have come sadly to find out. Don't even think of going elsewhere!!

I cannot say enough positive words about Segal Funeral home! They were amazing throughout the entire process, we walked in after being quoted an obscene amount of $$ from a big chain and even though Chuck wasn't in the office, he spoke to us on speakerphone to give us a verbal estimate on his drive back from the Bushnell Cemetery. And he kept true to his estimate to the penny!! Annnnnd, my dad joked the day of that he would've paid extra to use his vintage Cadillac and Chuck went outside to start waxing his antique! My Grandmommy had the MOST BEAUTIFUL Homecoming party and it was ALL Chuck and Jamie (who nailed her makeup too btw) She looked like a beautiful Sleeping Beauty! ❤ So very thankful for Segal Funeral homes, they took all the stress out of such an incredibly sad day at literally half of the cost!

I used them upon referral from 2 friends. I could not have asked for a better team. They are a small funeral home that provided extraordinary service at a time when we were just in a haze. We met them for preplanning and Chuck and Brea were helpful in laying out expectations and finding a resting place. They were very communicative and transparent about our options and costs. They took care of a lot of the administrative things so we can just focus on our grieving. When it happened, they even bent over backwards to meet our timeline. They are not only professional but also compassionate and I am glad that we had them to help with the process.
