My daughter called them late that night, and Kat took care of us from that very first moment. From A to Z, the service Segal Funeral Home offered was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank Kat and the team enough for their compassion, guidance, and flawless support during such a difficult time. They took a massive weight off our shoulders when we needed it most. I used them upon referral from 2 friends. I could not have asked for a better team. They are a small funeral home that provided extraordinary service at a time when we were just in a haze. We met them for preplanning and Chuck and Brea were helpful in laying out expectations and finding a resting place. They were very communicative and transparent about our options and costs. They took care of a lot of the administrative things so we can just focus on our grieving. When it happened, they even bent over backwards to meet our timeline. They are not only professional but also compassionate and I am glad that we had them to help with the process.
