They were amazing throughout the entire process, we walked in after being quoted an obscene amount of $$  from a big chain and even though Chuck wasn't in the office, he spoke to us on speakerphone to give us a verbal estimate on his drive back from the Bushnell Cemetery. And he kept true to his estimate to the penny!! Annnnnd, my dad joked the day of that he would've paid extra to use his vintage Cadillac and Chuck went outside to start waxing his antique! We met them for preplanning and Chuck and Brea were helpful in laying out expectations and finding a  resting place. They were very communicative and transparent about our options and costs. They took care of a lot of the administrative things so we can just focus on our grieving. When it happened, they even bent over backwards to meet our timeline.
